Clients benefit from the wealth of knowledge, the professional approach and attention to detail given by the GRS team, resulting in works being completed to budget and, just as importantly, within tight programme deadlines. Water proofing

> Containment
> Membranes
> Tanking

Being a leading company in providing the primary seal for buildings has always been GRS’ objective and thus the progression to membrane installation on major residential and commercial developments across the UK, and providing water and/or chemical containment to sensitive data rooms on projects throughout Europe, is a natural one.

GRS’ ethics of supplying a genuine service with a quality product has been engaged in this expansion, ensuring the company’s rapidly growing reputation of being ‘more than your average waterproofing company’. Once again, attention to detail, and positive approach has promoted the cause and assisted GRS in being recognised as a leading sub-contractor within this field.

From providing an initial report, to installing the correct system, GRS’ fire stopping team pride themselves on the professional service for which they are renowned. All fire stopping works are surveyed prior to quotation to establish the scope of works required. Quotes make allowances for all other scope of works in respect of access/trades, time scale, out-of-hours works etc. Each project is executed with the minimum fuss and disruption to other operations. On completion all works are recorded in a fire stop register, showing ‘before & after’ photographs and detailed area of works, the actual fire stop system installed, by whom and the date.
